Booking and payment
How do I book a course?
Choose your course and session date on the course page and complete the booking online. You will receive a booking confirmation by email, and joining instructions follow before the start date.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online bookings are paid by card, or by Mamo Wallet, at checkout. If your organisation needs to pay against an invoice or purchase order, use the Corporate & In-House Training page to request a proposal and our team will arrange it with you.
What currency are your prices in?
All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of applicable VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
Attending a course
Where are your courses held?
We deliver in the cities listed on our Locations page, as Virtual Live sessions online, and in-house at your own premises. Additional cities are available on request.
What does “Guaranteed to Run” mean?
A session marked Guaranteed to Run will go ahead on the published dates. You can see which specific dates carry the guarantee on each course page and on the course listings.
What language will the course be delivered in?
The language marker on each course shows the languages that course is available in. To confirm the delivery language for a specific date, please contact us before booking.
Certificates
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Delegates who complete a course receive a VIFM certificate.
Is a VIFM certificate the same as a professional qualification?
No. A VIFM certificate confirms that you completed the course. Where a course prepares you for an external credential, the awarding body sets its own eligibility, examination and fee requirements, and those fees are not included in the course fee unless the course page says otherwise.
In-house and corporate training
Can you run a course for our team?
Yes. Any course in our catalogue can be delivered privately for your team, at your premises, at one of our centres or virtual-live, and tailored to your sector. See Corporate & In-House Training.
